NZN Expressions!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

NZN Expressions is the customer rewards programme of New Zealand Natural, Malaysia and is operated by NZ Natural Sdn Bhd (“Company”). All NZN Expressions members (“Members”) will be issued with an NZN Expressions Card (“Card”).
The Card is valid at all New Zealand Natural outlets in Malaysia.
The Card remains the property of NZ Natural Sdn Bhd.
By using the Card, Members are deemed to have read, understood and having agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the NZN Expressions programme.
The Card is not a charge card.
The Card must be presented before payment.
Only one Card is allowed for each payment transaction.
The Card's discount component cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. However, Members can still accumulate Expressions Points during promotions at the usual rebate rate of 5% (during the 30:30 promotion, a reduced rebate rate of 1% will apply).
The Card cannot be used for the purchase of New Zealand Natural cash vouchers/gift cards.
Members are responsible for updating their personal details with the Company. The Company will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from the Member's failure to update their personal information.
The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of NZN Expressions, including the right to alter/terminate the programme without any prior notice.

To Join

Just spend RM75.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Seventy-five Only) in a single receipt to qualify for membership.
Your original receipt must be attached to your application form.
Membership is valid for one (1) year from date of joining.
Copies of receipts are not acceptable.

Benefits

Members will receive a 10% discount on all normal-price items. In addition to the 10% discount, Members will receive a rebate in the form of five (5) Expressions Points for every ringgit spent based on the nett purchase value. E.g. A Member purchasing a RM10.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Ten Only) product will only have to pay RM9.00 (Ringgit
Malaysia Nine Only) (after 10% discount) and will receive forty-five (45) Expressions Points (5 Points x RM9.00).
Each Expressions Point has the equivalent value of 1 Malaysian cent (RM0.01) and can be used for subsequent purchases.
During New Zealand Natural's 30:30 promotion, a reduced rebate of 1% will be awarded.

Redemption of Expressions Points

Expressions Points can be used to purchase New Zealand Natural products in Malaysia only.
Partial redemptions are not permitted. E.g. If you have four hundred (400) Expressions Points (equivalent to RM4.00) in your account, you are only permitted to purchase items with a value not exceeding RM4.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Four Only).
Members can hold more than one Card, each with a unique card (account) number. However, Expressions Points accumulated under different card accounts held by the same Member cannot be combined for the purposes of redemption.
Expressions Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expiry of Expressions Points

Expressions Points are valid for twenty-four (24) months from your last points- earning transaction.
Checking of points balance and points redemption are not considered as “points- earning transactions”.

Renewal

Your membership is valid up till the expiry date stated on the Card
(minimum membership period of twelve (12) months).
Expired Cards will no longer be valid and any Expressions Points stored on the Card can only be utilised when membership is renewed.

Lost Card
